"During her time as Interim Head at Potters Green, Debbie quickly and efficiently took charge of outstanding matters, developing excellent communication and relationships with staff, children, governors, and parents. The school was due to have an inspection within this academic year and Debbie worked hard to ensure that the school would be ready if this occurred, reviewing and updating all documents and policies, taking a full part in staff development and leading on staff meetings.
